Breakfast Special – Pikelet Stack!

Pikelet Stack is not just about a healthy breakfast – it’s a breakfast that your little one will really really enjoy and is packed with nutritional goodness!

You’ll need:
½ cup milk
½ teaspoon white vinegar
1 cup plain flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
¼ teaspoon baking soda
3 tablespoons sugar
1 egg
1 tablespoon melted butter
1.     mix milk & vinegar and set aside of sour
2.     Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda & sugar in a bowl
3.     3. Add egg to the sour milk and whisk.
4.     4. Add flour and whisk until smooth! No lumps please!
5.     Add melted butter and stir it in.
6.     Rub frying pan with a bit of butter bring to a medium heat.
7.     Drop tablespoons of mixture onto the hot pan, flip when bubbles show and cook the other side! You can also make little squiggle or a letters! Make it fun!
8.     Stack with fruit salad, cream or yogurt!
