Recipe – Healthy Drink II

Here’s a great way to start the week. This is one of my favourite lunch options on a very busy day. I hope you too will enjoy it as much as I do!






Creamy celery peanut butter smoothie

4 celery stalks
1 apple
2 tablespoon peanut butter
1 cup fat free yoghurt
1 cup ice cube

Add all the ingredients and blend until smooth.

12 oz.
238 calories.

    This looks and sounds great…………!You know what: it’s tasty too.I tried it and it’s yummy too.The funny side is,my children who don’t like my healthy stuff enjoyed it,because they like the taste of peanut and youghurt in it with a very light touch..!Love you for sharing this with us.Specially the teenagers I have who have weired tastes at times which doesn’t have any food value at all.
