RECIPES – Healthy Drink I

Want to feel healthy…? Here’s what you need..

2 green apples
Bunch of spinach
1/2 a cucumber
1 stick celery
1/4 lemon juice
1/2 inch ginger root  (optional)
Ice cubes

Add all the ingredients and blend until smooth.

    it’s a lovely drink….!looks great too. Most of all nourishing.must serve it when I have visitors for lunch. Thank you mumsibles for the pain you take to give us beautiful and healthy ideas on food.

    I love specially the color of the drink…!Sometimes the color of the drink or food take away the apetite and puts you off.. Drinks like this can be served any time of the day. I tried it and it tastes fine..I had it with krisco biscuits .or kome rice crackers might taste better….Fussy men too might like it when they are tired….!One never know..Men too like healthy drinks,but they don’t like to show it. Why not give it a try. My fussy hubby loved it with TAKKA TAKA BOING The new savoury biscuit with chille.
