Easter Bunnies

28 Mar

It’s Easter around the corner and Easter Bunnies are an absolute must!!

We had so much of fun doing this. It’s super easy and so much of fun!!

This is what Junior and I used:

  • Kitchen and toilet tube rolls
  • Pipe cleaners
  • I had some poster colours, but water colours would do too.
  • Painting brushes
  • Pair of Scissors
  • Coloured paper
  • Glue Stick
  • Pom poms
  • Googly eyes

How we went about it:

  1. Use the toilet and kitchen roll tubes. You can cut them to any size that you wish or you can use them just the way they are.
  2. Using either the water colours or poster colours, paint the tubes any colour you want.OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA
  3. Leave the tubes to dry for a while (15 mins or so should do).OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA
  4. Once the tubes are dry, cut out Bunny Ears from either paper or cardstock and paste them on the inside of the tube.
  5. Fix a pom pom on the front as a nose and one at the back as a bunny tail.
  6. Fix the googly eyes.
  7. Cut the pipe cleaners to the required size to be used as whiskers!

And your done!

It’s an absolutely easy peasy craft but I can assure you, your little one will love it!
